Rohr offers a vareity of Processing Equipment:

The sand-water mixture is fed into the watertrough by means of a chute.

The watertrough is formed with side walls and troughing idlers.

The coarser material which settles down onto the belt will be transported forward to the discharge end. On the inclined belt the material is dewatered by a vibration table fitted underneath the belt, and a pressure drum that squeezes the remaining water from the material.

Underneath the adjustable drive unit is a self-adjusting belt scraper to assure that there are no sand losses.

The remaining fines in the water current, including lightweight impurities, flow over the tail pulley and into the trough.

By adding a height adjustment device at the back end of the machine, the gradation of the sand can be controlled. Adjusting this device raises or lowers the whole unit, changing the current speed as well as the depth of the trough. This patented device allows you to control your final product during operation very easily. Furthermore, it can be actuated by a computerized sand sampler, resulting in a continuous final product, regardless of the condition of the feeded material.
